Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be unused and in saleable condition, including the original packaging/case.
Returns are only possible for full-priced products. Discounted items cannot be returned.
We have a return limit of 3 products per order.
RETURN PROCEDURE
• Send an email to hello@komettstudios.com regarding your order number.
• As we are still a small business, we do not offer a free return service. The return shipment is the customer's responsibility.
• Pack your return in the original packaging, along with the invoice and the printed return form. In case you are returning Komett glasses, we also require the glasses box and the Komett pouch. Pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage during transit.
• Your refund will be transferred to the original payment method.
• Items are returned at your own risk; we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take any responsibility for items lost in the mail.
Please note that it takes 7 business days for your order to be processed after we have received it. During peak season, please allow for additional processing time due to higher than normal volumes. In December, the return period is extended from 14 to 30 days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
Any damaged items you receive must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a photo of the damage. Send to hello@komettstudios.com
WARRANTY
Replacements for manufacturing defects are available within 3 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, loose stones, water damage, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames, or loss of screws. To keep jewelry beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend not wearing it when showering or swimming and storing it in a dry place.
