Returns & exchange policy
If you're not happy with your purchase you can send it back within 14 days of receiving the goods, The sunglasses must be in unused and in resalable condition including the original Komett case.
Returns are available for full-priced sunglasses only.
We have a limit of returning 3 sunglasses per order.

As we are still a small business we do not offer a free returns service, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Package your return in the Komett box, along with the invoice, printed return slip and the Komett pouch . Pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will only be for the original cost of the item (excluding shipping costs). Items are returned at your own risk; we highly recommend using a trackable method of postage as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
Please expect 7 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. In December the return period will be extended to 30 days instead of 14 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Any damaged items received must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of the damage. Send to firstname.lastname@example.org
For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 3 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect.
